7-Day Refund Period

You should only join and take a Copyhackers membership course if you are prepared to do the work. With that in mind, we’re happy to offer a 7-day “questions asked” money-back guarantee to Copy School. If you take the training and do a reasonable amount of work to put the training to good use but you do not achieve results that improve your business, you can request a refund of your original price by emailing support at support@copyhackers.com. Refunds are available within the first seven (7) days of membership.

• Include your full name and the email address you used when registering or signing up (so we can find you in our system)
• Include a copy of your receipt or the transaction number
• Include clear evidence of your effort in the 7-day period
• Do so within seven (7) days of purchasing, which you will know based on the date on your receipt

So if a member cancels, that person loses their access?

Indeed, when you cancel your subscription, you no longer have access to any of the above – including the training and community (if available).
