Sam's six-figure advice for you: Know when to quit
“The struggle and hustle is supposed to be temporary. You either make it work and enjoy it – or find something else to do.”
Sam has faced many challenges in his copywriting business, but he always comes back to it because he loves writing and problem-solving.
Sam’s take on the freelance struggle is that when something feels hard, it’s usually a sign that you’re doing something wrong or you’re in the wrong space. For example, if you dread signing on to your laptop to write nurture emails for SaaS, that’s probably a fairly good indication you should stay away from those kinds of projects in the future. Working on those projects is taking up time that could be better spent growing areas of your business that bring you joy.
