tldr: like all digital memberships, you have access to the content for as long as you are a member. not a member? no access.
Members get $1000s per month in value
When you join Freelancing School (formerly only 10x Freelance Copywriter, 10xFC), you agree to stay enrolled for a minimum of three (3) months on the monthly plan and a minimum of twelve (12) months on the annual plan, with that you get:
- Full access to our Slack mini-mastermind
- Bi-weekly one-hour chat-based Office Hours with Jo or Amy
- Access to 5 courses (10x Freelance Copywriter, Proposal Bootcamp, Master of LinkedIn Cold Outreach, Master of Prodcutized Services & Master of Guest Blogging) right out of the box. Plus immediate access to 6 future courses coming out in the next year – all checklists, templates, etc included
- Access to six coaches focussed on specific aspects of building your business
- First right of refusal for in-person retreats
- 14-day refund window from the date of purchase
And what about non-members?
Non-members and people who cancel their memberships get… no access.
So if a member cancels, s/he loses their access?
Indeed, when you cancel your payment plan, you no longer have access to any of the above – including the training, the community, coaches and the double your revenue guarantee. This is no accident or oversight. This is no vicious capitalist act.
This is by design.
This training is intense and only for those that are going to put the work in. We have office hours, pods and guest experts that are tied thematically together. We are there, month after month, to walk you through everything and make you ready to leave us – and cancel your membership – once you’ve doubled your revenue (or tripled dare I suggest?). Once the training is done, you SHOULD be ready to fly away, little bird!
You should NOT give us another dollar.
And you should NOT need the training any longer.
Because you’ve already done the work.
After running four masterminds and overseeing numerous cohorts of 10xFC, I know without question that the following is true:
PEOPLE DON’T DO THE WORK WHEN THEY SHOULD.
People do the work when it’s crunch time.
And when a payment plan is coming due – or when you’re ready to cancel your payments – that’s what we like to call CRUNCH TIME.
Every 👏 single 👏 mastermind we’ve run saw people suddenly pull up their socks in the last 6 weeks… after spending $10,000+ for six months of masterminding. Y’go 4.5 months making excuses or finding distractions… and then suddenly get a burst of energy when it’s all about to close down.
THAT’S why you don’t have access to the school after you cancel.
That’s why we turned Freelancing School into a subscription.
Look, I know you may not like me for this. You would not be the first person to be irritated by me, and you will not be the last. But you WILL like getting the work done. And, inevitably, you will say what they all end up saying:
“I finally did what you told us to X months ago, and it worked.”
So do the work. Pay for the training while you do the work. Use the courses, coaches, pods and Slack mini-mastermind to stay on track and get unique-to-you advice. Build your business for the love of all that is good.
And then cancel your membership. And take over the world.
Until then, see you inside Freelancing School.
