Having to prepare for a live presentation and struggle to come up with a good way to sell it to your potential audience?

Even if you know your material inside out and could talk about it for hours on end, having to explain your agenda in writing can be daunting. It’s one of those copywriting “meta-tasks” that even the best copywriters, plagued by the curse of knowledge, struggle with.

But, if you want your audience to take it seriously and actually join you, you have to make sure you write a compelling title and description for your webinar. Let’s use AI to make our lives easier, shall we?

Here’s what to do: Prompt AI to write you webinar title and description variations for you.

This is part of what ChatGPT created for me when I used the AI copywriting prompts I’m about to teach you:

Here’s how to use ChatGPT to get similar results for your business or client.

Step 1: Quickly and broadly plan your webinar

Before prompting ChatGPT, we need to at least have an idea of what we’ll be talking about. ChatGPT should be a tool for thought, not a replacement for it!

So here’s what we’ll need, fill in the details for the following:

  1. Number of Title Ideas: Specify the number of title ideas you wish to generate for the event.
  2. Number of Descriptions: Indicate the number of example descriptions you want to create.
  3. Type of Event: Describe the type of event (e.g., webinar, workshop, seminar).
  4. Event Topic: Provide the main topic or focus of the event.
  5. Key Focus or Issue: Detail the specific focus or key issues the event will address.
  6. Duration of the Event: Mention the total duration of the event.
  7. Duration of Q&A Session: Specify the length of the Q&A session, if any.
  8. Target Audience Description: Describe the target audience for the event (e.g., their profession, interests).
  9. List of Keywords: Provide keywords related to the event’s topic and focus.
  10. List of Audience Pain Points and Aspirations: List the main challenges and goals of the target audience that the event aims to address.
  11. List of Copywriting Frameworks: Choose copywriting frameworks to guide the creation of the descriptions (e.g., AIDA, PAS).
  12. List of Benefits: List the key benefits or takeaways for attendees.
  13. Area of Impact: Specify the area that the event aims to impact, such as business development, skill enhancement, etc.

The more detailed and comprehensive you can be here, the better ChatGPT’s results will be. The nice thing here is that you do still need to do some thinking, but it makes the whole process more linear and logical. And you can leave the hard part of putting everything together to AI.

Step 2: Prompt ChatGPT to write your webinar titles and descriptions

Now that we’ve got all the details necessary, let’s ask ChatGPT for exactly what we want for our webinar details.

In ChatGPT, copy-paste the following prompt (filling in the placeholders with your details from above. Here’s my example (full chat here):

Copy paste this prompt:

In just a few seconds, ChatGPT will generate your titles and descriptions:

I tried this AI prompt for a meditation seminar. Here’s what happened.

I simply filled out all the details in step 1, but for a hypothetical seminar on Vipassana mediation (my daily go-to and onto my second 10-day retreat this year!).

Here’s what that looked like:

And here’s part of what ChatGPT created for me:
